We apply for permission and notification procedures at the relevant government agencies (customs, immigration bureau, quarantine station, and Maritime Safety Agency), and arrange pilots, tugboats and mooring boat operators on behalf of shipping companies and captains at ports in Niigata Prefecture. We provide support for ships to safely and smoothly enter, leave, and navigate.
