On April 25, 2017, Rinko was certified as an Authorized Customs Broker under the AEO system by the Director General of Tokyo Customs.

An AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) uses a system that provides measures to relax and simplify customs procedures for authorized customs brokers that are certified by the Director General of Customs as business operators with a system in place to manage cargo security and comply with laws and regulations to ensure security in international logistics and facilitate customs clearance procedures. Going forward, we will continue to strive to provide optimal logistics services to our customers by thoroughly implementing security management and strengthening our compliance system.
